Our Heart Strong Program is designed in conjunction with Dr. Jiao Yang, Cardiologist and Director of Cardiac Rehabilitation and Prevention at LIVE WELL. If you are a member of one of our clinics in the Lower Mainland, your referring physician may choose to refer you to one of our Specialist Physicians (Dr. Yang or Dr. Ali Zentner) to optimize your care. Our program works with your family doctor to ensure that he or she is apprised of your progress and health status and that the best medical care is provided to you.
