You have come to the right place! We are experts at helping people with complex health issues overhaul their lifestyles and get their health back. Our exercise programs have been crafted by medical and exercise experts (our medical director Dr. Ali Zentner literally wrote the book on obesity) and each is tailored to a specific health condition.

We all know that exercise is good for us. But if you have health issues, the benefits of exercise are even greater. Whether your goal is to live a more active lifestyle, to be more independent, to minimize or prevent disease or just simply feel better, exercise should be a part of everyone's life.

At LIVE WELL we believe passionately that exercise is the best medicine. From reducing cholesterol to lowering blood pressure, making your heart and lungs stronger to managing your weight, exercise is proven to help prevent and manage chronic disease and health concerns.

Our Programs

We offer four results-driven programs designed and customized to suit you and help you reach your personal health goals:

Get to Target - A customized program for people with Type 2 Diabetes with a focus on reducing blood sugars and weight loss.

My Healthy Weight - No more diets! This very successful weight loss program focuses on healthy eating habits, activity, and emotional health. Together with a team of experts, we will help you lose weight and keep it off.

Heart Strong - An innovative, comprehensive and highly-effective approach to cardiac rehab with expert support and individualized care. For anyone with heart disease or at risk for developing cardiovascular disease.

ProActive - Prevention is the key! Beneficial for anyone looking to prevent chronic disease, this program will help you reduce your risk factors for heart disease, diabetes, and more. If you are looking to take control of your health now, then this program is a perfect fit for you!

Included in each of our four programs is your LIVE WELL Plan, including:

  • A functional assessment, meant to establish your body’s level of fitness;
  • A cardio-respiratory assessment, meant to establish your heart’s ability to exercise;
  • A customized exercise program tailored to your personal health needs and goals, updated as you are able to do more;
  • 2-3 customized exercise sessions per week with a group of other people who share the common goal to LIVE WELL;
  • Ongoing monitoring of your health vitals (blood pressure, blood sugars, heart rate);
  • Ongoing nutritional counseling;
  • Functional testing at the 4-month mark and then every 6 months thereafter to assess progress;
  • Lifestyle workshops including goal setting and healthy eating;
  • Access to our walking and yoga groups.
